Keep in mind that once your package has been successfully delivered, we are not responsible for lost, held, or damage packages. Idel Atelier are not responsible for delivered error via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. 

Please note: We are not responsible for P.O Box envious and delays caused by the carrier .

For order placed on weekend or holidays, order will begin processing on the next business day. 

An order confirmation email will be sent once an order is placed and shipped within 2-3 business day. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with tracking information.
